Well we did finish up those crazy ball schedules and lived to tell about it.
We also managed to squeeze in a few other activities.
A visit to the Herbert Hoover Presidential Museum. Kyler would be the one sort of not cooperating. That is how he rolls. I wonder if and when he will make going out into public an easy thing. However, today after shopping with him and 5 other of the children, I decided I may make my millions penning a series of books about Kyler and Me. One will be all about our shopping adventures. We are missing Mackenzie and Carter in this picture. Carter is getting ready to play baseball, and I am not sure where Mackenzie was.
We moved this enormous play structure and it was as red neck a move as I have ever seen. If you are a red neck I am sorry if that offends you. We were amused by the whole thing. The kids play on this daily. My friend Ruby, offered up her two boys and they came in right away on a four wheeler and a moped. Only the four wheeler was used in and effort to turn the structure.
The man in the white shirt is not my hubby, he is my brother in law.
Went to a civil war re-enactment. This was a re-enactment of an actual battle held in MO. This is a fascinating hobby and these people are so very knowledgeable. I learned a ton, and spent quite a bit of time talking to a few of the re-enactors.
Mackenzie and Carter are now working in the corn. They did some rouging and now are in full de-tasseling mode. Dean saw these two coolers are Menards and was kind enough to buy one for each of them.
Took Reegan to horse camp. We will be picking her up on Thursday. They will be putting on a show for us and then we will have a pot luck. I am super excited to get to see her. I know she is has to be having the time of her life. Missing the older two in our picture again. It was their first day de-tasseling.
Addy will be 6 on Thursday and she is having a bit of an issue that she has to go to pick up Reegan on her birthday. On Sunday we had a pool party at Dean's twin brother's house and celebrated 3 cousin birthdays at once.
Jaycie is growing up and changing so much. She now stands by herself but has still not taken a step.
Should I use this picture on the cover of my book "Kyler and Me"?

Psalm 127:3-5
Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.
