Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Mission accomplished

I got my 100 miles walked this month! Finished up with a 4 mile walk today. So the exercise goal for July is to just mix it up! I set up a face book page to encourage moms who are trying to exercise as well as raise a family. You can find us at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Movin-Mamas/208457792532181.

This is how you keep track of five ball schedules. You wake each morning and look at where you need to be that day or night and figure out how to cover when you need to be two places at once.

We were in Ft Dodge this last weekend for state softball with Reegan's team. The team did not win a game but despite that I was thrilled with the way Reegan played. She was on base every time she came to the plate either with a hit, walk, or even hit by a pitch. She played catcher for the weekend, all but one inning of the first game. She learned a lot as she went a long.

After the tourney we hit a park with a friend of mine from CO.

Had a great day here weather wise the other day and we enjoyed it as much as we could.

Addy, Quincy and Reegan are now done with ball. Carter has four more games and Cael has one more.

Did you know that super heros need their rest too? They also need Swiss Cake Rolls to re energize.

Think Quincy should pull this tooth?
