Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

In the blink of an eye

Life can change. We have a set of neighbors, they have lived in the house next to us even before we moved in. They have watched us bring home each new child, and we bring the new baby over to meet them right away when we get home. They spend time at the window watching the kids play in the yard, we help them, they help us. It has been a fantastic relationship. The wife, Joyce, passed away yesterday. We are all so sad, and it is very hard to see how Roy is dealing with it. Mackenzie did all sorts of things with them, as you know from reading this blog, she has really struggled.

Carter is talking again, and sounds horrible, I am guessing more time as they heal and he will sound better.

Reegan is writing a play right now, she is always writing songs and this is a new endeavor with the play.

Man I just love how Jaycie looks at me, just deep into my soul with love and trust. It is amazing.

Addy wants me to take her training wheels off! How fun and exciting, riding a two wheeler.
