Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Good Mail

I love signing up for free things that show up in the mail. Look what I got last week in one package; three packages of Wheat Thins, coupons for free bbq sauce and hot dogs, and 3 latte mixes. Super fun!!

This would have been my favorite part of the Marion Arts Festival - the drum line and eating kettle corn while listening. Even if poor Jaycie ended up with crumbs in her hair and neckline. I do love looking at the artists work, and had two favorites, one from Cedar Rapids and one from New Mexico. It was a great day with my girls, although we missed Addy as she chose a sand pile over hanging out with us all day!

Carter is recovering from his surgery, he spoke for the first time in 3 days yesterday, and his voice was HORRID! It is still bad today, if I see no improvement by tomorrow I will call his doc.

If you know Reegan well, she is a big lover of animals, especially dogs, this great dog was in a store in Marion, and she enjoyed petting the dog. She wants to run a dog rescue sometime, a job at which she will be very good at.
