Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Psalm 127:3-5

What has been keeping us busy?

Basketball - yes I said basketball. Reegan #22, is playing basketball right now, 4th grade. I have wondered a few times if I have the only girl's wrestling state champion playing basketball. Her first game was this morning, and despite us being a mat type family we adjusted pretty ok to the court. She is fun to watch, but does not understand the rules yet. She was on defense and Dean was yelling at her to get the ball and she said "oh, I can get it?" So funny. She scored 6 points and her team won 15-12.

Wrestling - junior high, Carter has had 2 meets so far, and is 5-0. 4 first period pins and a tech fall. He has grown a ton again since last year weighing in at 100lbs. For the first time Dean is not coaching him, the really cool part is that the two guys who are coaching him Dean coached both of them in their elementary years and high school. They both were around when Carter was just a toddler, so it is really neat.

Halloween - trick or treating and preschool power hour at the Science Station.
