Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

You put your right hand in.........




Friday night we loaded up everyone but Carter, who did not feel right about leaving football practice early and went to Iowa City to join 7000+ people in setting the Guiness Book of World Record for the most people doing the Hokey Pokey at one time. We had a blast! We also helped Mackenzie check something off her list of things she wants to do - and that was get into the Guiness Book of World Records. Mission accomplished.

Sunday we took the kids to play tennis. Yes that is tennis for 11, and trust me there is no one mistaking any of us for Andy Roddick, or Serena Williams.

My friend Skeeter loves to be mentioned in the blog, she even gave up a bag of popcorn to my children in an attempt to get mentioned - this picture is for you Skeeter -
