Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Horsing around and a Speedo

Mackenzie, Reegan, and Addy went horseback riding this morning. What a lovely morning. They had a blast. As you know, Reegan is an avid horse lover. She has been reminding me for a few months that I need to call to get something set up for riding. I wish somehow I could get her a horse. One thing we are considering is sending her to a horse camp next summer, so if anyone knows of any, please let me know.

Any mention of a speedo requires some attention right? Well this morning Kyler had one of those diapers that you just wish you were not required to change. Anyway.......since he had the said diaper, I decided that when he rode along into Marion with me, there would be no need for a diaper for him. Of course you can figure out what happened next. I did have a few diapers for Jaycie in my purse. So Kyler a size 4 diaper squeezed his bottom into a size 2 - aka a Speedo diaper!!

  1. I used to teach riding lessons and work at Hidden Acres horse camp. It's a great Christian camp and it has horses. They also have this program that is called wrangler in training, where they learn to take care of the horses etc. At least I think they do.....If I had a horse, I would totally teach her!
