Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Sorry Folks!!

Took a trip to my dad's house last Sunday, here are some pictures from there. Kyler is in training for a career in plumbing. Seriously, Carter could ride this 4 wheeler all day.

Been a while since writing, which has been uncharacteristic of me. Been a busy week, filled with baseball, softball, unexpected emergencies, a trip to my dad's, a visit, and general life at home with 9 children one of who is now five weeks old!

I have decided that as I get older life's problems are so much bigger. I have friends who are going through a cancer diagnosis, friends who are getting divorced, and my buddy Mitch; who graduation party we just prepared for was air lifted to the U of I after an accident at work. He is healing well and has been given the all clear.

Mackenzie has set a summer goal and that is for an awesome tan - there she is putting in the work for it!!

Quincy playing ball! My kids really do love playing ball.

Mackenzie as 1st base coach. She had to come in to pitch when we were playing in Anamosa, I got the crowd singing "Wild Thing" each time she came in!

Reegan getting ready for gametime.

Well what else are we to do?

Here is Dean and myself and we are visiting with Eugene and Cindy. Eugene is my biological father that I met up with for the first time I could remember last September. They were on the end leg of a major trip which brought them to Alaska, and were able to meet us at Dairy Queen last night. I talk with Cindy often and it was very nice to get to spend some time with them, even if a short amount of time.

Just guess what Cade was doing?
