Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Friday at the Kernels

We took Carter, Cade, Kyler, Jaycie, and a friend of Carter's to the Cedar Rapids Kernels game on Friday night. I like minor league ball. These guys still love the game, they are playing for the opportunity to be in the big leagues, and for sure not the money. These games are so much fun to go to, with all sorts of things to see and do other then just baseball. Always fun things in between the innings, sometimes fireworks, and always good people watching!! Last night - pure eye candy while I was trying to decide whether to watch 'dancing grandma or boogie boy' Cade was looking to be named the best "going green" kid in the stadium. He found another use for the popcorn bucket.
