Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Smile

Another couple of fun mail days, these always make me smile!! Lots of coupons for diapers, a mini bar of Lever soap, and a pedometer. Now, I would not wear this pedometer, this is a cheap one that registers you driving and going to the bathroom. However, the kids love wearing these cheaper ones and being just like mom!!

Here are a couple of boys being creative in trying to figure out how to get the ball out of Roy's gutter.

These two are always doing things that make me smile, or at least shake my head!!

The four children who are playing Parks and Rec ball all have their playing shirts, and if you can believe this; they are numbers 8,9,10, and 11. Super cool!!

I bought this game set at Goodwill yesterday per Carter's request. They have played a lot of chess and checkers since then. This morning they enjoyed the outside while playing. Watching the kids play together, hearing them interact, and use their heads makes me smile.

Trust me, this is an odd occurrence seeing Reegan and Carter playing something together. Not something they do often. Makes mom smile when they do!!

This is the best $13 I have ever spent, and it included shipping!! It is a Hotsling, and I can carry Jaycie all over in it. She loves it and so do I. I also own a Moby wrap which I also love, and use for extended carrying. This would not have been my first choice in color but for sure on price!
I love carrying her in this. I honestly miss carrying her, and so having her close to me, rubbing her back, and watching her look at me.

Mackenzie, Carter, and Reegan just left for Marion. Mackenzie and Carter are getting sun glasses and hair cuts. Mackenzie is stopping at Ulta (her favorite place I think). They are heading to Goodwill to look for a Khaki shirt for Mackenzie, and then get some lunch. Reegan went along to hang with them and I am sure get the lunch! Love watching them go out together and do life things together. Another smile moment.

Last night Roy came over and had supper with us, he has always been fun to visit with. He has gone through so much over the last week and a half, and he looks to be holding up well. Last night he was telling us about all the things Joyce had that he knew nothing about. Also, Mackenzie and I are to come over soon and go through Joyce's jewelry. He will be needing Mackenzie to take him to town next week. He makes me smile.

Hope you day is also filled with the small things that make you smile. If not, smile anyway!!
