Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Super Pee Wee

This is the actual name of a state tournament for K-2, and they wrestle only kids in their grade, and make a certain weight. Quincy was in the K38lb bracket where he won it, and Cael was in the 2nd grade 52lb bracket where he took 3rd. For the first time all year Cael looked very small in his bracket, and that was our fault, we should have kept him at 50 but with Quincy wrestling all day on Saturday and Cael weighing in after we did it different, and here like everywhere else hindsight is always 20/20. However, that does not mean I do not wish we could do it over. I do not think he really cares that he beat a lot of good people I think he would much rather be wearing a matching sweatshirt with Quincy.

I am so proud of both of these boys!! There are many years ahead of me with these boys and I am learning to not be as nervous and just enjoy watching them. It is hard though as it is not a football game where there are many other kids on the field. On the mat it is one vs one!! And One is my kid!!!
