The Happel Crew
Psalm 127:3-5
Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

New Trophies
Here are the two trophies I got last month on Sparkpeople.
One is for getting more the 500 points in a month, points are awarded for many things and the theory is the more active you are on the site, the more success you will have obtaining your goals. Sort of like a mega accountability partner. The other is for having over 1000 fitness minute during the month of December! I still have no where near the trophies as my boys!!
Mackenzie is in the middle of making a big decision, with the help of her parents. Life can be filled with all sorts of tough decisions.
We are heading back to my hometown of Mediapolis this weekend for the boys to wrestle. I am so excited. We were scheduled to go last year too, but Carter got sick and so I was home with him!! Cael and Quincy went with Dean though and came home with these really cool bulldog head trophies, way cooler then my trophies!
Please snow go away! Or at least warm up some, I cannot stand this constant cold!!
