My pedometer. Just for now. I feel like it was my owner. Today I missed it like crazy, felt like I was missing a finger or toe or even a leg. I kept feeling for it. I am going to learn to be content with the miles I am walking each morning. I also think I will be attempting to mix up my workouts a little bit in December. Working back in some Firm workouts as well as my walking. Hoping to be able to do both at least until my third trimester or further with any luck. Knowing that that approach will not give me as many steps I do not want to beat myself up all day mad that I am not getting the steps in I think I need. A love/hate relationship with a pedometer? Yes, I think I have one.
Wow Wednesday's are busy. I do so enjoy my time alone on Wednesday mornings. It is like Gold to me, and helps to refuel me. I think especially now when I am flying solo so much, I need just a little time to myself. Those few hours will do the trick.
Mackenzie has her first performance of the Wizard of Oz tomorrow night. They opened up tomorrow night as a fourth performance and sold that one out too. Over 1000 people will see this show. I am looking forward to it.
Carter, Reegan, Cael, and Quincy have started wrestling, throw in Dean too. All having a great time. Love to hear the stories they have when they come back. Carter always gets more relaxed when he is wrestling. A little easier to get along with even. Hoping to get Reegan more matches this year. Cael is going to be a blast to watch. Quincy is so small and yet so mighty.
Dean is dealing with a sore back and elbow. Going to have to get him going on some strengthening exercises for his back. Elbow is a nagging injury left over from college. I am sure this has nothing to do with turning 44 last week!?! hahah.

Psalm 127:3-5
Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.
