Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

90 or 100

I love a good challenge. I set my walk goal at 90 miles for this month, the kids want me to try to get to 100. I am at 67 right now. I think I can do it. I was hoping to add some Firm workouts in and maybe scale back the walking some. However, with 100 being so close I am really thinking or going for it!!

In my mind I am wondering can I squeeze in another half an hour of exercise to get a few Firm workouts in as well. Something to think about, and knowing me, for sure something to try!!
