Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

The end of a season

Today was the last day of flag football. Man, the last four weeks have been COLD!! Cael and Reegan played at the same time again, and since Dean coached Cael, I took Reegan. Her game was really long, as they had an official that stopped the clock after each play. SO Dean was able to be at her game for a while too after Cael was done. He got there in time to see Reegan break one down the sidelines and score!! She also caught an extra point. However, not to be outdone, Cael too broke a long run today and scored.

Our week was good. Wednesday we had a busy day, but Wednesdays are our busy days. We had dental appts at 9:00AM!! Our appts were in Cedar Rapids so we were up and out of here early. Got through those in about 2 hours, then headed over to Dicks to buy Carter some wrestling shoes and Reegan some tennis shoes. Then we went to Carlos O Kelley's and had lunch. The kids thought that this was GREAT, we even got out own room!! To a park to kill some time, then to the Y to drop off 3. A trip to Goodwill was next, then back to the Y to pick up Quincy, and then to Fareway to get milk and a few groceries. Back to the Y to pick up Reegan and Cael, and then HOME!!

I have been busy going through clothing and getting that organzied. I finished the project by making the switch from my "regular" clothes, to my maternity clothes. The good news is that these are now well organized.
