Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Monday

Ever have a day where you just cannot get yourself pulled together? I had a day like that yesterday. I could not kick the glooms. UGH!! I could not even think straight. I was making Amish bread, and could not remember if I put enough flour in, then I forgot to put the pudding in. I had the same headache I have had for a few days. These types of days frustrate me.

Today, is a much better day, I can tell already, my mind feels better today.

I switched up my exercise again. I have been very diligent with my walking tapes, and now have switched over to some aerobic weight training. I plan on doing this through Labor Day to see what sort of changes I can make to an over worked 40 year old body!

Praise the Lord for the sun today!!
