did you know

that if you sit in a really hot gym where napping is not socially acceptable, for around 9 hours, your pedometer does not move much?

Went to Solon today to watch some high school wrestling, my bottom is shaped like the bleachers!!

We are off to Cedar Falls in the morning so that Carter can attempt to qualify for USA State. This will be his 4th year, he is a 3 time champ. I am eager to see what this year brings. It just came to our attention that Cael is not only old enough, but on the upper end of the age group for USA, so he may too be wrestling. We will wait until morning to see what he might weigh and decide from there. Would be a blast to see two of them in the UNI Dome in March at the state tourney! I am so blessed.
