Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

My 40's

Well since turning 40 on December 6th, I have decided to try some new things each year. I even thought it might be fun to write a book about it. Not sure if that will get done, although I have had a number of people tell me I should write a book. Anyway, I am going to shoot for losing 30 lbs over the next year, and if I get real gutsy 40lbs. You can track along beside me on this journey.

I have other ideas as well for the upcoming years; going blonde, vegetarian, ??? If you have some ideas for me let me know.
