Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

The Grand Reeopening

cutting the ribbon (duct tape)

Today the kids reopened their mini golf course with a ribbon (duct tape) cutting ceremony.  Let me tell you, this has been hours of fun.  We have had family, elementary, junior high, and high school kids coming to play.  Some more then once.  It's been a blast.  Here is another picture heavy post to show you the ceremony and the new holes.

Cael announcing the ceremony

. Last night I learned that young men still do things out of respect. A young man who will remain nameless for now, came to our house to talk to Dean about taking Mackenzie out. How impressive. This was overheard by Reegan who told me this morning that he was a real man, and Mackenzie would be in good hands. I agree.
