Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

We all did it!!

We got to the Dells on Friday, even get shipped out on time and on schedule. Before we even had gotten to Dubuque Cade through up in the van! OUCH! I did bring a bucket because Kyler had been sick on Tuesday night, and Reegan had gotten sick on Thursday night. Carter was green for most of the way up with his head resting on an open window. Mackenzie also felt ill most of the way there. We pushed through and arrived at the Kalahari resort. It was beautiful and huge! We stayed in an awesome 5 bedroom condo with the rest of Dean's family. Four bathrooms, a wet bar, 7 flat screens, a theatre room, a pool table, full kitchen, dining, and living room. I am telling you this place was like 2000 square feet, you would have never known there were 13 kids there!

We grabbed something to eat, well not everyone felt up to eating, but we ate, got checked in, and off to the waterpark. Friday night, we had two more go down with the pukes, and I fought it all night with sweats, shakes, and holding it in! Saturday morning I stayed back with Cade, Addy, and Kyler and let them rest and sleep. Waterpark fun was had in the morning and then again all afternoon and into the evening. Cael once again has the best of both worlds, being tall enough to ride everything and yet still enjoying all the kid things as well. Quincy fell victim to his vertical challenge and was very disappointed to miss out on some things, but at the same time had a blast with what he could do.

Dean was loving the surfing ride and got real good at tricks, Mackenzie, Reegan, and Cael also did it. Carter tried a number of times but he would not get his one figured out.

Sunday we had to pack up and then went back down for a few more hours of waterpark fun. Mackenzie has photos which I will put on later.

This place had a huge indoor theme park too, and Mackenzie, Carter, and Reegan went there on Saturday night, thanks to Uncle Ryan giving them some money to go and have some fun.

Also, this morning I did it!! Accomplished my goal of 75 miles and 1500 minutes of exercise. With a few days to spare too!! Time to start thinking about January goals. I am so excited that I will celebrate one year of exercise next month. I think for 2010, I will concentrate on cleaning up my diet, and saving even more money.
