Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

It is a Blizzard Warning

If you are not living in IA, you may not be aware of the fact that we have about 9-10 inches of snow and the wind blowing like crazy. Guess it is a blizzard out there, I have no desire to go out and see for myself so I will take the weather guys word on this one. Which says a lot since I have no trust in those guys. In fact once while standing at a parade freezing after actually listening to a weather forecast I had to withhold myself from jumping off the curb to tackle the weather guy who was part of the parade, and I might add dressed for the actual weather, not what he had told me. The Rocky analogy comes back to mind.

Gave some prenatal fat burning yoga a try this morning, I must admit I liked it and it made me sweat. I for sure will add this into my routine. Although that might mean I have to give up The Firm, how can I give up something that uses a piece of equipment called "the fanny lifter?" Hmmm, wonder if I can find an extra 20 minutes later in the day?
