Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

OUCHIE

I have been gifted a bladder infection! OUCHIE. Have not had one in 16 years, and I hope to go another 16 years of forever before dealing with one again. The greatest part was listening to the lab tech read off all the urine was positive for, and then the doc getting on the phone and saying "your urine is gross". I said, yes, I have had this nagging feeling there was something going on!! HAHAH. Then the lab guy says I have seen a few worse but your urine needs some help. I was very glad to get so much laughter out of a urine problem. Got some meds and am on the mend.

Set a goal to walk 65 miles this month, I am at 73 right now. I am going to see where I end up for the month and then ADD 5-10 miles more. What am I thinking?

The children are all still healthy which is good. Mackenzie has a busy week with work, play, a trip to Kalona, youth group, and band.

The rest of the children are on a break before the winter activities start up, four of them continue with a strength training program which has gotten them much stronger.

We are encouraging Dean to get a physical. We all think it is time.
