Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

podometer

I bought myself a pedometer a few months back with the hope that it would give me more motivation to move more each day, and it did. However, I keep forgetting to put it on, and when I do as of late, I am a bit embarrassed at how little I move in comparison to what I think I am moving. I think I will track this number here. This may cause me some embarrassment publically when I do not move as much as I should, and maybe just some motivation to get moving a bit more.
